Terms,
clearly.

The practical terms for using StreetFrame, subscribing to Pro, and creating recipes in the Film Lab.

Effective August 17, 2026 Provider SageKey Labs, LLC

Agreement

StreetFrame is provided by SageKey Labs, LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple’s terms control where they are required to do so.

StreetFrame Free and Pro

The current Free and Pro features are described on the StreetFrame product page and in the App Store listing. StreetFrame Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold by Apple. The current base U.S. prices are $5.99 monthly and $29.99 annually; the localized price and offer shown by the App Store at purchase are authoritative.

Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day annual introductory trial. Monthly subscriptions have no free trial. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple. Founder or other discounted offers may be limited to eligible people with a valid offer code and are not a universal price.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before renewal. Canceling stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period, subject to Apple’s terms. StreetFrame does not receive or store your payment-card details.

Film Lab allowances

Film Lab uses metered fair-use allowances to keep the service reliable and its operating cost sustainable. Free includes one standard generation per UTC day. Pro includes 30 units per UTC calendar month; a standard generation costs one unit and web research costs three. Allowances are not currency, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. A failed generation is handled under the service’s reservation and compensation rules. StreetFrame may apply a separate shared-network abuse ceiling to aggregate Free requests.

Generated recipes and creative references

Film Lab creates numeric photo recipes from descriptions. Results can vary and are creative interpretations unless the app displays a stronger evidence classification. StreetFrame does not promise an exact copy of a physical film, photographer, scanner, lab process, or copyrighted work.

StreetFrame’s built-in looks are original creative interpretations and are not sponsored by or affiliated with a film manufacturer or photographer. You may choose to describe third-party creative references to Film Lab; you are responsible for your descriptions and recipes, what you share, and using the app lawfully.

Your photos and saved recipes

Your photos remain yours. Camera frames and imported photos are processed on your device and are not sent to Film Lab. Saved recipes and completed recipe-only drafts remain local app data and can also sync through Apple CloudKit as private records in the database for your iCloud account. This feature does not create a StreetFrame account, and the private records use your iCloud storage. Signing in to the same iCloud account on a new or reinstalled iPhone can restore the private library.

Recipe backup includes recipe values and limited ownership, shelf, conflict, and deletion information. It excludes camera frames, captured and imported photos, original Film Lab descriptions, Film Lab job tokens, and StoreKit transaction proof. Recipes acquired while Pro was active remain usable and restorable without an active Pro subscription, while current plan rules continue to govern new authoring and current editing, sharing, and web-research benefits.

If the iCloud account changes, backup pauses and local recipes are not copied into the different account unless you explicitly approve a merge. Removing a recipe from the Film Shelf is not deletion. Confirming permanent deletion removes it locally and synchronizes the deletion to devices using the same iCloud account. Deleting the app alone does not delete its private iCloud library. Exported backups and shared recipe files remain where you saved or sent them until separately deleted. Shared recipe files are treated as unverified user-provided content and may be normalized or rejected when imported to protect renderer compatibility.

Availability and changes

Camera features depend on supported Apple hardware and system software. Private recipe backup depends on iCloud, CloudKit, available iCloud storage, network access, and the iCloud account selected on the device. Film Lab and remotely published weekly challenges also depend on network and Netlify availability; Film Lab additionally depends on Apple entitlement and model-provider availability. Cached or bundled challenge prompts remain available when the public challenge feed cannot be reached. SageKey Labs may maintain, secure, suspend, or change the service when reasonably necessary. The App Store description and in-app purchase sheet will identify the benefits and price offered at the time of purchase.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, StreetFrame is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. SageKey Labs is not responsible for lost photographic opportunities, recipes you permanently delete, unavailable iCloud or other third-party services, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow SageKey Labs to limit.
